Returns (Change of Mind)
We offer a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging

The item must include all original parts and accessories
For hygiene and safety reasons, razor blades and filters cannot be returned once opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be refused or only partially refunded.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm that we have received your item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 1–2 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded for change of mind.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
