Shipping & Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery progress.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are outside of our direct control once the parcel has been dispatched. While we work with reputable carriers, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as:

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier and marked as “In Transit”, the delivery process is managed by the courier service.
If your parcel appears delayed:

Please check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will assist in lodging an inquiry with the courier.

We are unable to refund or replace orders that are still actively in transit with the courier.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
